Qualifications

I have been a certified teacher in the state of Georgia for 18 years. I have had the opportunity to teach English, Reading, Geography, AP Psychology, Economics and other social sciences to students in grades 5-12. I also have experience and a passion for teaching students with learning challenges,especially those student's that are ADD/ADHD and dsylexic.

In recent years, I have taken classes to improve my skills and knowledge of student's with learning disabilities. I am most proud of completing level one of the Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching students how to read.
