I have been an employee at a school for 11 years. I am a Title One Tutor. I am given the lowest 25 students in a grade. My job is to work with them one on one to help bring them up to grade level. I am proud to say the majority of my students not only show academic growth; they usually transition out and are above grade level. My job is rewarding. Making a difference makes me happy.
