In my undergrad, I worked as a resident advisor for three years. I helped incoming students acclimate to the college environment. One thing I realized was that most students did not come into college with the necessary study skills to succeed. I tried to remedy this through educational programming focused on the skills and mindset necessary for a successful college career. I also aided students one on one with personalized tutoring sessions. After receiving a master’s degree in aerospace e
