I attended Berea College, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I have taught at schools in WV and KY. I have 25 years of teaching experience in grades Prek-3. I was a director at a large daycare and developed curriculum for our toddler, preschool, and after school programs. My graduate studies have focused on literacy techniques and early childhood development.I have spent the last 12 summers as a site supervisor for a summer literacy program for students in g
