I am an experienced substitute teacher, currently pursuing state certification through the CT Department of Higher Education. I focus on helping students understand important, basic concepts that are the foundation of the subject matter. I also look for ways to make the material relevant to the student with examples of real-life application and/or analogies they can relate to.
