I have spent the last 20 years in the field of education, training and development. I have managed training programs, conducted over 1000 training sessions and taught over 200 undergrad and grad college courses (many were obviously repeats). My experience includes 23 years teaching in a public school setting, both regular education students at 3rd grade level and special needs students K-5 in a resource room setting. My teaching methods include verbal instruction, demonstration, language experience, drill, use of audio-visual materials, manipulatives and positive reinforcement depending on the individual needs of each student.
