In my first career, I was a tax attorney for over seven years. Outside of my job, I spent my time volunteering with adult literacy non-profit organizations and eventually began teaching adult English Language Learners. In October 2012, while working for an international company, I had the opportunity to teach U.S. income taxation to recent college graduates in Hyderabad, India.
