I have chosen to become a teacher because I believe I can help students find success. As a mother, I understand the importance of students experiencing meaningful, interesting learning that applies to their lives. I believe this can be accomplished through the use of hands-on activities, cooperative learning, an incorporated curriculum, visual presentation and, when possible, technology and the internet.
