From the time I was young, I aspired to become an elementary teacher. I have always loved children, and I find interacting with students energizing. Immediately after college I taught for four years, three of which were at the fourth grade level. I enjoyed each of my years and felt like I had made strong connections both with my students and their parents. Even after 25 years I still hear from some of my students and their parents.After my children were born, I primarily focused on their ca
