I am a linguist by training and speak six languages. I also have an MA in international relations from Georgetown and spent many years in international development both in Washington, DC, Zambia and consulting around the world. I am eager to help internationals moving to Seattle who need help dealing with professional and bureaucratic English as they get settled in the U.S. I am particularly interested in Asian and South Asian cultures and would welcome students from countries in those regions.
