I started teaching biology recitations at Texas A&M University Kingsville in 2010. This was my first experience with students; I developed an understanding of how to help students gain a better understanding of the subject. I then went on to teach A&P labs for almost two years, where I gained hand on experience. I now teach at The University of the Incarnate Word A&P I &II labs. Science is not meant for everyone, but I enjoy trying to find and develop new ways to gain the interest of the student
