I am a certified as a K-12 teacher in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. I began teaching in 1978 as a grades 5/6 science teacher in Gaston Co., NC. In addition, I have served as a K-3 lab science instructor for Cabarrus Academy (now called Cannon School) in Cabarrus Co., NC. Since I began teaching in 1978, I have had 7 years of classroom experience in the K-6 area of Reading, Science, or Math.Although science is my passion, I am equally trained in multiple other academic areas.
