What I love most about teaching students with special needs is the children themselves. They know that I am interested in them by my enthusiastic approach and my ability to help them learn in the areas in which they are experiencing the most difficulty. I am skilled at developing modifications to curricula and lessons to ensure that each student’s learning style is addressed with appropriate instructional plans. My students are highly motivated by the creative, multisensory lessons I develop.
