I teach biology and chemistry at local Community College. My teaching style is to give a template of my method to the students; they will build their responses based on the template and I’ll make sure their responses are correct. They should focus on critical thinking, not rely on spoon feeding from the teacher. That will help build their confidence and interest. Until and unless they find interest in the subject, they will be burnt out. Students should understand the basics first before they go
