I am a 1971 graduate from Monterrey Tech in Monterrey Mexico with a degree in business. I completed my educator training at Region 4 and at the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, Texas. In 2002 I obtain my teaching certification from the Texas Education Agency working for HISD as a bilingual (English/Spanish) elementary teacher, for the last 13 Years.
