I learned that I loved to do Math in grade school, St Louis School, where I graduated Valedictorian. I know loving to do Math made achieving in it fun for me, but it also helped me to see that it wasn’t fun for all. Seeking to turn that around, or at least see self-confidence due to succeeding in a difficult task, has been a driving force for me since I began teaching.
