I have been teaching English since 1978, first in a tutoring school on the Greek island of Crete, then, for 12 years, at the prestigious Anatolia College, an American-owned prep school in northern Greece, where I also directed the school Drama Club. Students who graduated from there went on to major colleges and universities in the US, including Harvard and UCLA.Upon returning to America, I became a certified Adult ESL teacher within the LAUSD system, where I have been teaching since 1998.
